BEFORE Unfinished Basement Remodel:
There were roughly 1,300 square feet of partially unfinished space to remodel. We began construction in July and wrapped up in mid-September. Right in time for the football season!
AFTER Unfinished Basement Remodel:
Kitchenettes are becoming increasingly popular in the basement! and hiding existing beams, It will be the perfect addition to gatherings with family and friends.
The open concept allows for the wet bar, media room, and recreational area to flow seamlessly together.
We also built this guest-friendly bathroom. It is fully equipped with a walk-in shower and sizable vanity. Our clients supplied their own tiles for the shower and floor. You can add a wet bar as well as you needed.
