Our clients recently purchased their forever home in Alexandria, Virginia. It is a spacious property situated in a beautiful riverside community by the Potomac. However, the home has seen little renovation since being built in 1968. Despite the 70's wallpaper and laminate cabinets, the couple still saw its potential. Together with the homeowners, we completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel in 3 short months.
Talk about all new everything! We replaced the laminate counter-tops with beautiful granite. Its grey marbling contrasts well against the white cabinets. We installed all new fixtures and appliances, including a stainless steel farmhouse sink. Additionally, we removed the tile flooring and replaced them with hardwood instead.
A little change in configuration can make a huge difference! We knocked down a wall separating the dining room from the kitchen to create space. Now, they have room for friends and family to gather around.

With a bit of demo and plumbing alterations, the couples' master bathroom got a whole new look. What used to be a cramped space now boasts room for a double sink.
